Product Description CF-60AM A/B is a 60 Shore A polyurethane elastomer designed for durable, flexible casting applications. This low-odor, mercury-free system offers excellent tear resistance, rebound, and abrasion performance. It is easy to pigment, RoHS/REACH compliant, and demonstrates good color stability when exposed to moderate UV light. Ideal for prototypes, molds, and production parts.Durable & Flexible: 60 Shore A elastomer with strong rebound and abrasion resistance.Safe & Low Odor: Mercury-free, phthalate-free, RoHS/REACH compliant.Easy to Pigment: Works with a wide range of pigments.Versatile Applications: For prototypes, molds, and cast parts.UV Stable: Maintains color under moderate UV exposure.Usage InstructionsMix: Part A (50 parts) with Part B (100 parts) by weight. Remix Part A before use.Work Time: 12–14 minutes at 77°F.Remove from mold: 4–5 hours at 77°F.Cure: Full strength in 5–7 days at room temp. Optional post-cure: 1–3 hrs at 77°F + 16 hrs at 160°F. Do not exceed 200°F.Safety & HandlingUse in a well-ventilated area.Wear gloves, clothing, and eye protection.Skin: Wash with soap/water, no solvents. Eyes: Flush 15 min & call physician. Ingestion: Seek immediate medical help.⚠ Proposition 65: Contains Styrene, known to cause cancer/reproductive harm. Learn more.Storage Store at 65–80°F. Shelf life: 6 months unopened.
